Project NPV is equal to current market cap. From this point the valuation equation can only go down - Cash on Hand is CAPEX money therefore already spent so not really worth placing any value on it. Low teens creates very good value risk/reward proposition based purely on Fossey project.
Qtrly looks good - Will comment more once I've had a complete read.
