what do you mean, that you applaud the optimism on this thread - watso has not seen one optimistic post on this thread. watso , however will toss in a bit of optimism. the company is claiming that production is increasing - for eg, in graph 2, the company shows that the estimated production for april, is about 6500 oz - that is probably a good guess, given that the quarterly was released on april 30. even if it stays at that level for 3 months, then that would indicate 20,000 oz, for the next quarter compared to 15,000 oz for the present quarter - but production is increasing, and maybe the company might produce 25,000 oz, next quarter indeed, the company has mentioned..

the costs of getting to the ore, has already been expensed, as part of cash costs - now all that they have to do, mine the ore (from the developed stopes), and get it to the mill.

it is true, that the cash position at the end of the last quarter, looked terrible - but if cash continued to flow out out at the same rate, that it was during the quarter, then the company would be down and out. the company is not allowed to trade, whilst insolvent.

obviously a sale of youanmi, will be important , to provide liquidity.

certainly - it does not look good - but by the same token, it could be a recovery situation
