the only drilling and pumping going on,is the constant sucking away at the capital of 3d,contributed by ordinary shareholders,and taken by those in power.
all legal.
at some stage,they will look bewildered,and look for a vulture that will recharge just enough cash to keep paying wages.
we can be sure that getting enough cash to pay wages is a job that they really will 'accelerate',then sink back in their armchairs to keep on knitting.
