If you think institutions are going to invest until all the people who were in place when the fraud happened unless there is further explanation you are wrong in my experience. You just can't ignore the scale of the size and length of time of that fraud and the fact it wasn't discovered. You will get no price movement until instos want to invest. Expecting money from settlement and not saying how much action is going to cost is aspirational and great for a newsletter. How much of the remaining funds are secured by assets and which are whistful hope of recovery or long term payback plans? Unless they start publishing and getting deals that actually have upfronts and produce income there in no reason to invest early. Raising $ with so many shares on issue wont be easy without a decent deal and more real information about animal health deal so holders can see if there is any short to med term income coming and its scale.

Having family employed is another issue as it is rarely a good look.
