That being so, the issue would still remain that the CEO issue is entirely ignored in the current Newsletter. There have also been postings here, as noted, of contact/interviews/whatever with potential candidates. As also of some discomfort from ousted Board members. Accurate or not, all sounds a bit of a shambles?
A further point does occur. For large shareholders to feel they have to 'correct' HR on such a point of governance would not enhance their confidence in his stewardship - nor perhaps to stump up again if a further whip round be needed?
