Ant, institutions and sophisticated investors are usually targeted because it's an expedient and efficient way to raise quick cash. I know of a few companies (e.g. Marion Energy) that raised tens of millions of dollars in placements to these investor types and still went into administration. Would love your thoughts on why you expect this quarter to be cash flow positive given production is at 6 months low and the WTI price premium for MAD's oil has evaporated.
