    all these months whenever the deadlines approached, this never moved... for the first time, we are seeing some action as there could be an interim announcement tomorrow... let us hope that this is insider buying that we all expected could happen every month....

    conversely, it could be one last spike so that the insiders can liquidate their holdings in that... could cut both ways... time will tell...
