There's a few ways of trying to value a company and fair to say there's a few facts that often change multiplied by guesswork multiplied by assumptions that may not be met.
Not to mention that your assuming that everyone is wrong and you're right about it (being undervalued).
Having said that it makes for interesting reading and I think both HF and nikec are both making excellent points.
