Raider SER is not so crazy as to do that. Remember that SER had so little faith, or so much inside knowledge, that they didn't participate in VXL's last share offer. Just hope that SER's other offspring, Ionic, doesn't end up like VXL. In my opinion that is quite likely, it has big plans no market ready products and no capital, just like VXL, and no cornerstone investors, it's share portfolio is of little value.
