Not too sure if you addressing me zog,but just my two cents worth,for what it is worth.
SER, a major SHr in VXL,has the ability to issue more shares than the usual 15 percent ( from memory,voted on last year).
SER is to spinout Ionic Industries,presumably the SER SP if its a good float , will rise.
While not knowing what their plan is,its just possible they will raise enough cash via the issuing of more SER shares to buy the debt,and thus control the company,as well as some cash for their mineral sands exploration.
As a SHr, I would be interested in buying some Debentures, specifically to raise enough cash to get Uley on an even keel.
By using debentures as opposed to shares theres little to no dilution,save the initial issuance of new shares.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
