VOR the reference to ongoing discussions regarding potential gas deals is repeated each quarterly report. The companies view is that until a deal is locked in there are a number of worth while parties to talk to. Nothing will solidify until the tests are complete and reserves updated as for any deal to be done requires certainty over likely production levels over the longer term.

Its worth noting while the oil price went through its big fall and most recent recovery the gas price applicable for RLE's potential sales has been more or less stable.

I doubt a CR is imminent as the cash position is still strong even with the $2.7M being spent on testing. As long as testing proceeds soon I would think a CR may be avoided, particularly if a big player comes on board once results are analysed.
