Yeah, I notice the repeated reference but I am still unsure what it means or why mention it until you know the results of the flow tests anyway. Maybe it is just a way of saying "we are not just sitting on our backsides doing nothing!'.

And again why mention the finance side unless you actually had something in mind.

I guess they are covering all bases. Let's hope the testing is successful, at least then we are in a position to negotiate on either front.
