    The fact the MOU hasn't progressed to something more formal and binding is a concern. Management were also touting more partnerships in previous announcements yet this report says they are still "seeking" further partnerships. How about "closing" or "securing" partnerships.

    How far will $2.5million really go with all the new hires? Especially, if they are top notch coders/developers. CR coming soon for sure.
