I have emailed them with a few q's and comments but no reply received as yet... I'd like to think that's only because they're too busy finalising a big announcement, but who knows?

It's somewhat of a catch 22 situation they probably find themselves in. Z screaming the name of the telco out to all markets would not only interest investors but would also gain the attention of potential clients. He must be chomping at the bit but restricted by the telcos conditions. IMO
