No doubt. The result was way off the mark and made one feel sick.....
some urgency needed.

My conclusion is the ops of mine is not total out of " run in phase "
and thus not fully stabilized yet. ( First gold pour being Sep 2015 )

The mine is already generating total revenue of USD 17.2 mil, and more ounces scheduled for subsequent quarters but the ballooning costs and leakages definitely need to plug.

To this I see some steps already taken , strengthen manpower, improve production methods, increase recovery efficiency etc. New GM joining .... Things are moving very slowly and still far far from desire.
But at least its in the right direction.

Agreed , patience has already ran out ! but who know, March Qty may jolly well turned out to be the worst qty for 2017.
