Some posters have correctly pointed to the need to fix the operational issues that are affecting throughput, and therefore production, and I entirely agree that these issues must be addressed urgently.
But that is not really the problem here. The problem is the massive debt that hangs around the neck of the company like a millstone and has to be addressed or the company is a goner. Suspect the only solution is a massively dilutive debt for equity swap where the senior lenders come in and get control of the company so it can continue as a going concern.
I know none of us as holders will be delighted with that outcome, but it is better than receivership under which we will all get nothing other than a capital loss for our next tax return.
