I also found it strange that they did not report on those things, but then i remembered that we are in suspension. ASX rules around reporting are relaxed. The company is not required to disclose non material information such as VAT, LOM and Cobalt.

If the banks pull the plug we wont get anything, i doubt the banks will recoup their 200mil either. The loans that they signed are over a very long time period, so i dont think that they will pull the plug just yet. In addition, finding a buyer for the mine, especially in the DRC would be quite difficult. We arn't in receivership which is a good thing and for all intense and purpuses it does appear that the banks are willing to give TGS a try. I suspect they have been waiting better weather.
