What I would have done differently? Everything - from the beginning !!!
1. Min. a 3-5 year oper. plan (bud)
2. 3 Scenarios (bc/wc/nor) with a decent cp
3. Professional design for the whole plant
4. Guarantee/insurance/legal backup
5. cobalt/copper production design f. oper.
6. Better conditions with lenders (debt to sc swap in bad times)
7. Take professional help/care to make the whole design working w/o issues (rainy season!).. cost savings..
8. Inform the investors on everything important and always timely.
9. A better homepage and working emails.
10. 30% mgmt wage cut if a cashdrain...
11. Salaries from mgmt based on success (60% basis/40% depends on net profit/loss)
12. Latest & modern plant/equipment
13. Not a BoD with members just sitting fat and flat in their seats to receiving salaries
14. Monthly rolling forecast for everything
15. Daily 52week cashmgmt
16. Take care of investor relations in any case!!
so I just dropped some points.. don't care what you think about..
... it's not my company so whatever I write... it wouldn't help either..
