And my point about legal, guarantee backup was just meant as a basis they should have. I never said they need to bring up the case now. So it was just a question if we have a legal, guarantee assurance to come back later if we have fixed the plant?? Mgmt never lost a word about guarantee or legal possibilities.

That's why I raised this point in general.
