You have a point wrt communication still being at a very low point. Part of this is probably due to the fact that there is not really any good news to divulge atm. Also operations are not yet stable enough for forward looking statements.
I meant upfront as in - He took the helm, announced that the upgrade had gone awry, that there was no way of meeting design outputs without changes to the process. That we are not making enough to service debt.

As long as he is focussing on the priorities of achieving output efficiencies and sorting the financing/capital requirements.
