Yes there is that risk it has always been there if it wasn't there we would probably be over $10 right now. It is a work in progress and until further progress/testing/refinements are done that risk will remain - but it doesn't mean that they aren't happy with how things are going which they stated. They can't just say it will work at this stage as that would be misleading the market.
