Ps: just for clarity, the fund will receive a total of 12 million shares just as a transaction fee (in addition to the 15% interest and the convertible notes themselves). Maybe that's why they offered the conv. notes for resale, they're not interested in speculating on the SP. They ideally want to offload that risk and cash in by selling the 12 m shares for money. That's how hedge funds operate. Make guaranteed profit.
