Oh yeh, there is also the "3 months corporate advisory fee" of another 6m DCC shares attached to the notes issuance. So I remembered correctly: 12m DCC shares go to the fund plus 6% plus options, IN ADDITION TO THE NOTES AND THE 15% INTEREST.
