Raising on an 18 month low giving a discount of 11.72% to a VWAP that was driven down on reasonably low volumes to dilute shareholder value by 3.92% is an absolute balls up. Had to be done though...
I guess the good news is they only sought to raise 500k. And that soon we’re going to figure out how to get some of our copious gas reserves into that pipeline...
