do we have any lawyers here, surely there is a case against the Directors, Duty and Responsibility to the Company and its shareholders. What about conflicts of interest of the directors put in by Creditors, the appointement of the CEO. Are they looking after the interests of a few creditors, if so they are not acting in the best interest of Company and Shareholders and this maybe a breach of their Fiduciary Duties.
