If MIN share price continues to fall it means the 'actual' scheme of arrangement price will reflect the following:

@ $17.24 = 3.02 cps (Original price upon which scheme was calculated)
@$17.00 = 2.98 cps
@$16.00 = 2.80 cps
@$15.00 = 2.62 cps
@$14.00 = 2.45 cps
@$13.00 = 2.27 cps
@$12.00 = 2.10 cps

If MIN share price was to appreciated from here the 'actual' scheme of arrangement price will be reflected as the following:

@ $17.24 = 3.02 cps (Original price upon which scheme was calculated)
@$18.00 = 3.15 cps
@$19.00 = 3.32 cps
@$20.00 = 3.50 cps
@$21.00 = 3.67 cps
@$22.00 = 3.85 cps
@$23.00 = 4.02 cps

This is what Nev Power would do if he was running the show.
Righto were doing a 1 for 10 consolidation. Then looking to raise capital or call in strategic partners for a light rail to encompass or huge 1 billion tonne ore reserve. Full stop.
