You can't particularly apply conventional rationale to a spec stock focused on a commodity that's playing an integral part of a tech revolution - real time. To say this stock is undervalued is to attempt to quantify a trend with fundamentals that really don't apply. It all comes down to your risk appetite and how confident you are in your research and trading experience. Each to their own, I suppose.
