Maybe you know something I don't? But I think you are making a big deal of the R&D claims! Most companies in this sector, do the same R&D claims RD has over the past few years. There will be plenty of worried CEO's out there if ARD, has to pay back a single cent, which I doubt very much, as I believe ARD has done the right thing throughout the process, and can back the R&D claims with the required documentation, and are within the rules. Plenty of other companies, may not be as confident of the outcome, if they get Audited , but I believe ARD is on solid ground for this process. We will see. No matter the outcome of this, ARD will move forward, top 20 holders % is getting stronger.
