I sold all my shares yesterday after the report, after being a loyal shareholder since 2013 and participaing in every cap raise except the last one. The downgrade just confirms that they will not be mining OC anytime soon. It actually feels like a weight off my shoulders now, freed some capital to invest elsewhere and make the huge losses back, this company is not going anywhere but down for the next 6-12 months.
