However, the issue really is production capacity (size) v's off take contracts ! ie: if these tonnages are added into the resources/reserve equation then a form of ramping up production v's supply could be incredible.

From my memory, it usually takes a day or two for the market to digest KDR anns. IMO breakout by end of this week.
