Yep you’re also selling to a real estate guy that doesn’t really grasp the science and probably has more money than he knows what to do with ? Have to give him credit with Ikea though, how many years did that take it to sell back to them ? 10 ? And ultimately patience is the biotech game but it paid out in the end.
