i think that is exactly the case Akki in that mr Hockings simply did not want to tie up all his cash and maybe it was becoming apparent this would not be a short term return. Hard to believe he would only sell part and then hang around and have to look the guy in the eye if he knew he was selling a dud. More likely he just couldnt maintain the level of investment and cash he had tied up, yet he still believes he can get a good return on the reduced commitment he now has. Ad mentioned i guess he did ok on the portion he sold out on so far, maybe even free carried now. Bottom line is he still has a reason to succeed.
