Funny how the world turns reverse a few years PYC was hoping to retain majority stake in the spin off phenomica/phoremost and fund it through the Janssen deal - Janssen flopped and walked, PYC retained 7% in Phoremost now down to 2% ? If they don't participate in the series B where do they then go to ? below 1% ? ----- maybe it goes a full 360 and Phoremost ends up being the one to buy out PYC ?
