I just felt the need to call out what I felt was a very downbeat and unbalanced assessment you made about a "prolonged death" of this stock. So really i was embracing the concept of the "democratic forum".

Your comments completely disqualify the de-risked profile of the company today where it is able to demonstrate a 25% per annum earnings yield based upon current operations. You seem blinkered by the "capital component" of returns from investing in the stock market.

Who cares if the stock price appreciates 25% or if you get in the form of corporate earnings? The stock is cheap now so to the extent you can, take advantage of this situation while it lasts.
