    My point is this: Stop just focusing on capital appreciation.


    Let me break this down to a level that you can understand. If the rental returns on your house is 25% who cares if there have been no capital gains. Returns through income are no less valuable than via capital gains (ignoring effect of taxes).


    The income the company makes is enriching YOU as a fractional owner in its equity.
