Buying a LIC at or below NTA might be psychologically satisfying but if it doesn't translate to more money in your pocket it's not really such a great deal. WAX and WAM have been running at premiums for so long because they're such good payers. You can pick up WAA for more or less NTA but it will give you a lower yield. Ditto the newer funds, although they still have a way to run before they fully prove themselves. The premium is just the price you have to pay to get a superior return.
