The gap has existed for a while and the market has known about the NTA of .89c since at least April 1 but doesn't seem to care. I can only assume that it is pricing in the advantages the cash holding will give them as mentioned above.
This is why I haven't hit the sell button. I'm just not sure the gap will close any time soon.
