Doubt they;ll be able to increase the dividend unless they pay a portion unfranked. Once they pay the upcoming interim dividend, they've essentially wiped out their franking reserves. Unlikely to turn a profit and pay tax this FY so won't be adding anything to it. Global dividends are also unfranked so these won't add to the franking reserve either. I think this is why this operates at such a discount. The uncertainty of being able to maintain or increase the franked dividend yield, even at the current low levels.
