    I thought this was interesting from the 4C

    The Company is currently at an advanced stage of negotiation with regards to a funding facility. The Company is also considering a number of alternatives to raise
    cash as and when appropriate, including the option of raising additional equity in support of delivering on the Company’s strategy of cultivation and joint ventures.
