yes thats my take of most stocks I have owned, maybe it is just a take up of more sophisticated ways of communicating, but not so sure, remember our JV partner already announced all be it tacitly that nameplate has been achieved, for this stock to hit $2 and beyond sustainably its going to take them making progress to their stated objective of another stand alone mine.
