East coast gas needed, SXY being smaller and nimble have taken advantage of the situation playing out... SXY producing now, and will be rewarded in the medium term until additional gas assets get into production between 2024 and 2030.... Thoughts are it'll stay tight until new supply hits the east coast - SXY are positioned very well in a favourable market, with near term expansion and fixed price gas contracts.
The Shell Petro JV won't be in production until at least 2024...
