The photos look good. The on lake ponds, assuming they are successful, will de-risk those that follow. But no ERD submitted and thus no environmental approval plus lack of financing. It is unlikely the environmental approval will be an issue but there are activists following this sector closely and at the very least can cause delays (see RWD environmental approval as an example). It is obvious the debt financiers still see risk and hence the recent cap raise.
