from the aerial shots there is a lot of tectacornia
this was a restriction for KLL
the quarterly also makes mention the flow of flood water
from the pictures the ponds appear to be in the lowest spot
restricting flow of flood water and potential damage

no financier is going to release $150 000 000 to any project with out aprovals all aprovals in place

there is still a funding gap and need for a further raise
regardless of the project being on budget or not
