As far as i know they took overs in the last raise so they would have enough for both drilling campaigns. Don't forget the 250k coming from RML, also Ionic IPO later this year could be the liquidity event for SER to exit their position.
Also interesting to see those dollar signs on Ambergate which is in the close vicinity of a HMS project going into development with a lom of only 3-5 from memory, makes sense for them to do a deal for ambergate imo and in NSW, i assume they are considering a partner for that project or will they look to sell it like RML in NT ?
