I'd like to add that if due to the CBDs action, if Theims was not being cared for by the CCA with INR and the FWS (which it is) and it was 'left' to nature, that if the plant did not survive its extinction would solely hang over the heads of the CBD for its counterintuitive interference in its remediation.Basically, if the CBD had its way and left the plant to nature, then he plant goes into extinction, it's their fault for taking the conservation party's out of the pic. THAT is why this will go ahead in my opinion (as you've all read me say all along). Using my logic, the FWS has no choice but to give it the best chance and keep us involved, as we develop the surrounding land and enhance it's prolifcity.
