I think it helps the dividend yield (%).
Let's say they repay the $4b (by retaining dividends). Market cap should go up approx $4b. Profit will go up 4% x $4b = $160 million.
If you do some more maths I think you'll find your yield will reduce.
They should borrow more IMO.
