They should have $1.5M by next month.. my only concern is our revenue model.
It seems like our revenue will approximately be $1 a month for every residential property using our platform. We need at least 175,000 properties using our platform to become cashflow positive on current outflow levels.
I personally believe we are severely undervaluing our product and they should be charging a lot more than a $1 a month per property. I will be writing to the management to find out more.
