I appreciate that your responses are at least a little considered compared to most of the other comments here. But I just don't buy your main arguments.

We should be happy that we are in an indefinite holding pattern with no end of the trial in sight or communicated - I have to completely disagree with this point, delays and miscommunication are terrible things for any listed company.

You are somehow happy with the fact that management couldn't order a reasonable quantity of PTX100 drug as needed to ensure smooth running of the trial - this is gross mismanagement and you've given no logical reason why anyone should be as happy as you about this cock-up.
