Number of pearls harvested does not exactly correlate to salable product. Atlas has never made this data available.....
Of pearls harvested you may have 50-80% marketable product, this will vary greatly with seasonal variations, oyster age and locations of harvest.
Atlas should give some guidance regarding individual location expectations, average pearl size and salable proportion.
