Mate, that was SGC's failed project which is not even running now. XST and SGC are still producing a lot of oil in Canada. He even said there is still a lot of proved undeveloped reserves there in the interview. Again please don't mislead people with this article. Keep twisting the truth to suit your prose!
Anshof's cost is capped, I wouldn't even ask this question.
At least they are using the money to actually explore, develop and produce these fields and they keep on increasing their BOEPD.
